Dinner Dance Huge Success!!!
The Chichester proved to a fantastic location the food and service were superb, but best of all was the company with a fine turnout from Chalkwell members and their partners.
I would like to thank Mike Horsfall for bringing the whole night together we couldn’t have done it without you or your credit card.
Windsurfing Demo Weekend 17th &18th May 2008
The Demo Weekend turned out to be a huge success, Saturdays weather was not fantastic with grey sky's pouring rain it felt more like December, but I have come to learn that no matter what the weather wind surfers will turn up to go windsurfing as long as the wind blows, so by lunchtime most of the demo kit was in use.
Sundays weather was was just perfect sunshine blue sky's and a solid wind what more could you ask for, it was a lovely sight to see so many sails on the water blasting back and forth, and to top it off we had a BBQ thanks to Ray who kindly donated his for the day, thank you Jill and Jemma for Barbecuing for us it was very tasty.
Thank you to every one that turned up you made it a weekend to remember
